Westmoreland County, PA — Authorities with the Ligonier Valley Police Department are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect, and suspect vehicle, involved in an alleged attempted kidnapping over the weekend.
Police say the incident occurred Sunday morning along Route 381 in Rector.
Authorities have not yet released pictures of the suspect or suspect vehicle, but the vehicle is described as a blue, older model 4-door sedan with "paint chipping."
Police say the suspect was described as a 50 to 60-year-old male, approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall, with a scruffy, white beard.
